How to request a refund

Email [email protected] or call +1 (610) 555-0148 with your order number. Our team will provide return instructions and the returns address (Ironhall Fulfillment Center, 45 Foundry Row, Bethlehem, PA 18017). Please return all bottles, including empty ones.

What is refunded

We refund the full product price to your original payment method once your return is received, typically within three to five business days. Original and return shipping charges are not refundable. We ask that you use the product for at least 30 days first.

Non-qualifying orders

Damaged or incorrect items
