Processing and delivery

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day ship the same day; otherwise the next business day.
• Average US delivery is 3 to 6 business days after dispatch.
• Free US shipping on the 3-bottle and 6-bottle packages. The 2-bottle package adds a standard shipping fee.
• Every order ships from our PA fulfillment center from the verified 2026 batch.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we email a tracking number. If you have not seen it within two business days, check your spam folder or contact [email protected] and we will resend it.

Returns and the guarantee

AlphaSteel is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee. To start a return, email support with your order number and we will send return instructions to our returns address. Refunds cover the product price and are issued to your original payment method once we receive your bottles. Full terms are in our refund policy.

AlphaSteel currently ships within the United States. If you are outside the US and want to order, contact our team and we will let you know whether we can help.
